How fees work
Plain answers on paying for care, before you book. Every office follows the same policy.
Insurance we work with
We bill many health plans, the medical coverage on an auto policy, and some workers' compensation claims. Each plan decides what it pays, and some limit chiropractic visits or the doctors you may see.

If you pay yourself
If you pay yourself, your doctor tells you the cost of each part of your visit before it happens, and you pay at the visit. Ask the front desk for the fee list; it is the same at every office.
Receipts for reimbursement
After each visit you get an itemized receipt. If your health plan or auto policy reimburses care, you can send it in, and the plan decides what it pays. We send records to you, your plan or your attorney when you ask in writing.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. We give you a written estimate in advance, before your first visit, and answer your questions about it.
Checking your benefits
Before your first visit our intake team checks your benefits and calls you with what they find, including any copay or deductible. For auto medical coverage or workers' compensation, bring the claim number and the adjuster's name.
What the first visit includes
A first visit takes about 45 minutes: a talk, a hands-on exam and an explanation of what we found. Care starts only if you agree.
