Care
Exercise and rehab
Movements and stretches your doctor shows you, so you know what to do between visits.
Your doctor picks a few movements that suit you and shows you how to do them. At your next visit you go over how they felt and change them if they need changing.

What a visit includes, and what it does not
What a visit includes
A short exam of how you move, two or three movements taught and practiced in the office, and a written list to take home.
How long and how often
Your doctor sets a plan with you after the exam. We don't promise a number of visits or a result, and the plan changes as you do.
What we do not claim
We don't say exercises prevent injury or speed up a claim, and we don't promise a result.
When to see a physician first
Some symptoms need a medical doctor before you start moving more. Your doctor asks about this at the exam and refers you when that is the better first step.
Your health plan, auto medical coverage or paying yourself. Read how fees work, or ask the front desk before you book.
Questions about this care
Do I need equipment at home?
Usually not. Your doctor teaches movements that use your body weight, a chair or a band, and tells you what to buy only if it helps.
What if a movement hurts?
Stop and tell your doctor at your next visit, or call the office sooner. If you have the signs in the red flag notice below, call 911.
How long does each visit take?
It depends on your plan. Your doctor tells you at the exam what a visit will involve.
